Rooms
with a View |
La Cardabela
was designed and conceived by the
owners, Robin & Val Nichols, together
with their architect, David Newton-Williams,
and completed at the end of 2002.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac
on the western edge of the village,
a short walk from the village centre,
and enjoys splendid, uninterrupted
views over the neighbouring vineyards
and countryside from all its rooms
and terraces. There are pleasant gardens
back and front and guests are welcome
to use them should they wish.

Breakfast
& Evening Meals |
| |
Breakfast
is normally taken on one of the terraces (weather
permitting) or in the dining room should you prefer.
There is no set time for meals as we try whenever
practicable to accommodate our guests and their requirements
within reasonable limits and the need to prepare rooms
each day. |
|
La
Cardabela has a reputation among our guests for excellent
food and we are more than happy to provide dinner
in the evenings if required.
We would appreciate a little prior notice of this,
either the day before or at breakfast on the morning
of, if possible. |
| |
| Unlike many hotels
and restaurants, we are able and very
happy to cater for most tastes, specific
likes and dislikes and special dietary
requirements. Prior notice of these and
any food or other allergies would also
be helpful. |
